Joanne is from Wilmington, DE and is the owner of Intuitive Concierges.

For may years Joanne owned and worked in her hair salon before becoming a personal assistant to a local real estate broker before becoming a licensed Florida real estate agent herself.

Joanne is a licensed Florida Notary as well.

Cleanliness and attention to detail is paramount to Joanne and her friendly personality is welcomed by all.

From party planning and expert organization to being your friendly real estate agent, Joanne is indeed a people person.

Ty is originally from upstate New York where he spent many years on a large farm before  being involved in the transportation industry.

Seventeen after leaving high school, Ty entered college. Starting in nearby Hillsborough Community College, he soon excelled and wanted to be challenged even more and attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA then on to The University of Tampa where to earned a BA Degree in English  Literature and Law. 

After working in a Tampa law office, he worked at several large trucking companies working his way up from dispatcher to director. At the same time, he worked on his masters degree from H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business at Nova Southeastern University for an MBA.

In 2018 Ty started working in the mobile marketing tour business and handled clients in 48 states and Canada.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic was instilled in Ty at a young age and continues today.
